Bullet TBTS is one bad choice for the the follwoing reasons:
Very Poor servicing by Auth. Centers Lethargic attitude of the sales team Very poor after sales service Technically un-supportive spares
I bought this bike in June'08, since then i'm facing with minor problems (now turning into a major ones).
Except for the brand name, there is nothing that this bike has to offer. Thanks to the poor service rendered by the authorised service stations, bullet is turning into just another ordinary bike on Indian roads.
Problems: Front shocks makes noise, Disc Brakes are always problematic, Chain gets loosened quit often and makes lot of noise, Self starter started giving problem they even changed my self starter release equipment after complaining buth that has not solved the problem, within 5000 kms my bike's swing arm bush was changed because I complained of back wheel wobbling dangerously (this was denied by the authorised service station many times) and the bush was once again changed on my 3rd Service.
I believe I may have to get the swing arm bush changed every 1000 kms.
I can go on and on with the problems.... but I know there is not solution...
So I strongly recommend for those who are willing to buy this bike, "Do not buy this".
