The bike is really awesome to ride but the feel good experience lasts only up to max 10 days after I get the bike back from the service center From day one I am facing issues with the bike 1-the engine was overheating and the rubber started to melt within 15 days I got the bike in my hand 2-after the first device within some days I started getting chain noise which kept continuing throughout till my 3 service where I fought with them to change my chain the problem was then rectified but then it started again within a month and is still there. 3- fuel gauge never worked properly I got fed up of complaining and got used to it and then my speedometer also failed and I was told it will cost a lot as the entire thing has to be replaced. 4- I had oil spill problem from the 1 year of purchase and Everytime something or the other is replaced and the problem stops temporarily . 5-clutch cable. Everytime I give my bike for service clutch cable is replaced I am not sure whether the cables are not manufactured property or whether the service center has it in excess and wants to use them up. 4-clutch plate . I have ridden other bikes and am an experienced rider but still I was accused that the plates failed because of rider mistake I was in no mood to argue so I got it changedwithin 10k km .but now I recently gave my bike for servicing and once again as per the service center the clutch plates get worn out after 10k kmthe bike has not crossed 20k km. Again I was in no mood to argue so I said go ahead then I get a call again saying there is a problem in the engine and the estimate is around 10-15k for the engine service .I was also told that itcan be increased in case there is any other major problem The bike has not yet crossed 20k km and literally I have got every part changed so I am not sure anymore about the product quality and am fed up of the bike . If only I had lots of money I would have just tossed away the bike and bought any other bike.*The no.1 bike company's parts fail more than my TVs sport which was my dad's bike. Its 8 years old and I was using it for around 2 years and the maximum I have spent on it with changing of parts wouldn't have crossed 5, 000 rupees and the bike has Crossed 70k km and not even once the engine was opened nor has the clutch plates failed . And on the other hand my enfield has not Even crossed 20, 000km and I have spent over 50, 000rs only on services The bike is in the service center only and I am given approx estimate of 25, 000 I had it all I am going to the consumer forum if I am not given a satisfactory service now the bike has tested my patience and now it's over.
