Good choice Royal Enfield Lightning 535. Review on Royal Enfield Lightning 535

Hello frienda I am Purchased Lightning 535 cc Aug 2001 and have done 46000 kms. I love Lightning for strong low and midrange torqe and fast pick up. I have installed original royal enfield front disk brake and for that I had to change wheels and shocker legs. I have rebuilt engine two times and now I have fitted 500 cc piston with helper ring since original 535 cc cylinder kit is not avilable now. When I opened up the engine I discovered that crank assembly is very heavy and weighs 15 kg. I really enjoy riding this bike, still It easily defeats Pulsars and Yamahas in steet drag race. Recently I have fitted endurance front and rear gas charged shock absorbers and bike handling has improved a lot. I hve also changed handle and meters with that of thunderbird and have also changed seat with thunderbird which is a lot more confortable as compared to be stock two piece seat. I have also changed petrol tank and side tool boxes with electra and I have purchased a side car from Cozy which I attached at times.
