The Royal Enfeild Diesel knowns as Tauras has been there for some time but the engine was not of royal Enfeild .The engine of Tauras was given by Greaves Lorbardani pumpset engine there engine were used for water pumping . The diesel engine was given good average the engine is of 345 cc and 7 HP it would be exported from germany and other local name for Tauras was Sooraj but it vibrates like crazy and the engines heats too bad and the sound of the bike is amazing and the top speed of bike is 80 KMPH . Royal Enfeild installed a industrial engine in Tauras .
The weight of the bike was 175 kg and the ground clearance of the bike is 170mm and capacity of the tank is 15 litres. It is four stroke Air-cooled diesel engine .
