The worst decision I took is to bought ROYAL ENFIELD in my life! From the day one when I bought the vehicle(Desert Storm 500CC) from YERRAGADDA Royal Enfiled Showroom, I am watching these guys way of approachment, it's rediculous! It's been 6 months since I complained about TOOLBOX replacement because the lock was not working properly, even today I go to the service center(Sanath Nagar Royal Enfield Service Center), the same message I am listening from you guys like we placed your request, and it will come in next week, since I ordered, its' already 25 weeks completed, again I am listening the same thing! This is one thing!
Another thing, there is no proper communication! When I go to servicing vehicle, one person will come and take all problems, and listing out in a form, and another person will come to me, and asking me what is the problem, another person will come and asking what happened again, this FUING sh*t is happening everytime when I go to service center! You guys are feeling like providing free service to me! FK the hell, I am paying for each and everything, AIN'T I?
When I went to the service center for break problem(Main thing in Vehicle) the break was not working because break shoe was damaged, and needs to replace immediately! This situation was really awesome, seriously at that moment when I asked these guys I seriously felt like I bought this stupid vehicle! I asked the service engineer, and explained clearly the problem was worst, needs immediately problem solving! Then that service engineer called one service boy, and asked to replace the break shoe, and that boy said SIR I am too busy with another vehicle, it will take 3-4 hours to complete that vehicle, till then I had to wait! Again that enginner called 3-5 service boys, those boys too said the same! Finally I fedup with those guys, and came out from that service center, and did few changes with paid service outside even though my vehicle is in free service mode!
And on Friday(17th June, 2016) Royal Enfield service people called me SIR Your vehicle needs 3rd service! so I took my vehicle on 18th June, 2016 at morning 9:30 AM, and they said we got around 100+ Vehicles to get serviced, so my vehicle will take 2-3 days to get service and deliver! Why didn't you guys tell me earlier only about this SH*T, after visiting your service center only telling these kind of bullshit, what exactly you guys are thinking about customers? are you guys thinking like they don't have work, whenever we call for service, they will come, whatever we say they listen right? Even I went today around 8:50 AM to the service center for servicing(3rd service), they took details, and didnt move my vehicle to the service floor!
I seriously don't know ROYAL ENFIELD, how it became PIONEER in this area! Where there is no customer satisfaction, there is no future for anything! This already proved everywhere! So I no need to remember again about this!
I don't know whether other customers feeling the same, or worst also! Just wanted to provide my plight! So others will understand, what exactly I am facing today!
And finally I want to tell You(All customers) one thing, if you guys have the capacity to bear service expences, just go outside apart from ROYAL ENFIELD Authorized services, and get service your vehicles by paying! Because these authorized service center people will make you mad!
