I had a terrible experience on Sunday 25 may for dinner. I had gone with my family and had ordered chicken dum biryani with boondi raita. The hicken biryani was boiled and not "DUM". worse was the raita which was grossly sour. When I complained to the staff they said that the curds gets sour due to heat. DO you expect such answer from an A grade restaurant? Even a panipuriwala gives you dahipuri made with mother dairy' curd which is not sour.
Anyway they asked do you want it changed? I agreed, to my shock they added sugar syrup to make it less sour. When I complained that this is ridiculous they GRACIOUSLY said that this is how we change it. I called for the manager who un-apologetically said that it is little sour and no other customer has complained.( as if I was the only customer) when I asked the manager that do you think I am a fool to complain and that you add sugar syrup just to cover syrup, he just could not be bothered. He just said that we will not charge you. I asked him can’t you even serve get good curd for 20 rupees when you are charging Rs 120 for Boondi raita. He couldn't care less. I told him that I am going to write this to social media about poor service and pathetic attitude; he said do whatever you feel like.
I will never go to this restaurant again(which I have been frequently going to)
