We had booked Panoramic ocean view - Stateroom on the Voyager of Seas - cruise from Singapore - port Klang - Singapore online .
the online booking portal of the cruise shows pics of Panoramic ocean view-Stateroom and seeing that we had booked it. Allocated room was not same as shown in the booking window. This amounts to misleading of fact or cheating.
All other staterooms show layout plan but there is no layout plan for panoramic stateroom.
We questioned about this to their guest services desk on the cruise but no satisfactory reply wa given. We e mailed our queries but so far there is no reply from their side. Booking site today also shows the same picture.
