The Rolls Royce is well known the world over as the best car in the world. Untill recently they were in decline after years of unfunding, bankrupcy and poor management. BMW took over and every one was up in arms the Germans owning the most British of British icons! It was not a concern however as they new exactly what to do after extensive market research into everything that people the world over thought of Rolls Royce and after special emphasis on what owners wanted the new Rolls Royce Phantom was created.
It is a marvelous looking machine unveiled to an astonished world much taller then most cars and very long it has an imposing presence. The four door sallon has exceptional interior space up front and in the rear seat as today many Rolls Royce are driven by their owners!
Every component is built to the highest quality and of the highest quality. The engine a 6.7 litre V8 has 460PS and 720Nm of power which will really shift the 6000Lbs laiden weight. It has a limited top speed of 149mph and will wisk you to 60mph in less than 6 seconds. That is as fast as a super sports car of only 30 years ago. The drag CD of 0.38 is not the same as a barn door which the imposing radiator seems to suggest it would have. Fuel consumption is between 12 and 25 mpg in the urban setting so still acceptable to the average owner. It is now the best car in the world.
