Today was the second negative strike on Roll House making sure that I would never visit or order from this place ever again in my mortal life.
I visited this place and ordered a roll and a fresh lime soda and they gave me a fresh lime water instead. When I raised the concern showing that there was not a single bubble coming from the drink, they forced me to accept that this thing was soda and not water. When I showed them the drink to prove my point, the owner tells me - "Sir, This is how soda looks like"!
Anyway, I made sure that I would never order drinks from this place. they tend to give it irrespective of whether they have it or not.
Today I home ordered a few rolls and here is what happened. They told me that I would get it in 40 mins. I waited. After 1 hour, I called them and he said that the delivery boy is already out and he would be reaching in 5 mins. I was exhilarated with joy. enough to wait for another 30 mins. There is a limit to my hunger tolerance after all. I gave another call to these idiots and asked them why have I not received the order. He said, "sir you would get it in 40 mins". I was totally out of my control. gave him an ear full, cancelled the order and now. I am gonna sleep hungry. Its already 11:15pm and even Dominos does not take orders any more.:-(
So much for my experience with roll house. They write on the board - "Just a missed call away". It should be rewritten as - "We have missed your order, Go Away".
Strong Negative Recommendation for this place.
