I wish I can mark a negative rating for the hospital but the one star is for the caring doctor only. Like other hospital it no wonder that they are into business and nothing else.
I was asked to get an injection and said a nurse will oblige me for the same. The nurses are so unskilled that they didn't know which one is the medicine and which one is saline. After 4 or 5 injection rounds I come to know that they are only injecting the saline where as the medicine is either thrown to the dust bin or may be sold to some other party. The story come into notice when I discussed the process the nurses follow while preparing an injection with the Doctor. The doctor told me that all the time I was injected with saline only and no medicine. Then the doctor took the initiative and put the issue to the management(or the supervisor to be precise). The supervisor a shrewd woman was not concerned about the wrong doings of their stuffs and put the blame that I should be more cautious while taking the injection. The so call supervisor told me the process to follow like go to the counter, pay Rs 60, get the billing done and then to go for the injection. Since I didn't know that I were to pay the amount she further blamed that you didn't follow the rules.
But let's say I have paid the Rs. 60 and went to the nurses to get the injection done, will the bill educate her about the difference between the saline and the medicine? What if anything serious had occurred? Who will be responsible for their wrong doings?
I know every damn thing is business but when are into a noble profession I expect some responsibility to wards the patients. I will never go to the hospital but the doctor is so caring and all other hospitals are probably the same, I need to rethink about my decision.
Lastly if I was expected to have knowledge about the medicine field then what are they for? If I ask why the compiler crash when I divide any number with Zero to the nurses or the supervisor, should I expect a correct answer? No, because our profession is different.
So one request to these money maker under the name of hospitality, please don't play with our lives. We are human and you are not god.
