One of the best and most honest movie based on entrepreneurship. Yes, better than "The Social Network" and better than "The Wolf of Wall Street".
A true and honest business can only be started the way this movie has shown it. Not by consuming drugs, breaking up or drinking beer. Especially any guys out there who is rejected by the system and wants to do something on his own must watch this movie. "I'm CEO, Bitch!" is almost impossible in India, but A "Rocket Sales Corp" is definitely possible.
Rocket Singh: Salesman of the year.(2009), is a Hindi movie starring Ranbir Kapoor, directed by Shimit Amin. I was surprised to know that he is the same guy who directed, wrote and edited CHAK DE INDIA!
The movie is about Harpreet Singh who is an average commerce graduate whose work and talent is undervalued in the organisation he works for.'Joker Sardar' as he's called in the film, surprises everyone when he quits the organisation with four other employees to start a fictitious organisation -'Rocket Sales Corporation' that forces his former boss to accept defeat and acknowledge Singh's success.Ranbir Kapoor has done a wonderful job and makes us believe that a person as small as a salesman can make a difference. There are many lessons the film teaches, the primary one is that academic excellence does not dictate success, the character teaches you to take failure and let your actions do the talking.It also shows a great example to understand how leaders are born in the most unusual of circumstances, every employee is important and last but not the least, team spirit. Quoting few Dialogues from the movie,
“Risk to Spiderman ko bhi leni Padti hai, Mai to phir bhi Salesman hu”
“Even Spiderman has to take the risk . I am only a salesman” The Second one is,
“When blood and sweat are printed together on a paper … when the table becomes the bed and the office becomes the home . when forget hunger and thirst . then a company is made"

Translation- "Zero is a very useful thing . if the one using it understands it's value . if you apply it in the right place, then how many ever times you apply it . that much profitable you'll be!"
I know many of you might not agree with this, but this was one a no-nonsense movie which I thoroughly enjoyed watching. Do watch it if you haven't!
