Rock on : a surprize hit. Review on Rock On

I was there at fame multiplex to see the first day, first show of Rock on!! eager to see how Farhan akhtar acted in his very first movie......also, expecting a well knit story and impressive actings.

It was a rainy day and the hall was not even half filled. the story began...it was in teresting. the characters seemed real.

But Farhan akhtar failed to act. first of all, u need time to get adjusted to his unique voice, then u get to used to his expressioless face. Purab kohli was refreshing. and the leading ladies were good also. Arjun Rampal is getting better over time but he still needs much more time to emote in the intense scenes. after a while the story was predictable and quite like Dil Chahta Hai....

But the only difference was the acting. rock on lacked in that front. the music conserts scenes were ok. but emotinal scenes were poor. music follows hard rock and at times too much noisy. however, 1-2 songs (specially the song at the end) is great. when it was over I wondered how many weeks its going to stay at fame. but to my surprize, after a week the viewership has increased substantially
