I have subscribed to Right Choice magazine with the combo offer(Annual magazine charges+Sony pendrive free) . Initially they refused to send the free pen drive but after sending couple of mails they sent the pen drive.I received the copy of Oct-12 and Nov-12 on time.But after this the copies where not sent on time.Every month I had to write mails to requesting them to send the copy.I started to receive the copy after 15-20th of every month.
Now last month copy(March-13) has not been delivered yet when at this time I should have received the copy of Apr, 2013.I am fed up of the services of Right Choice and recommend no one to go for their subscription.I want to cancel the subscription and want full refund.This is indeed a mental torture.
I stay in Navi-Mumbai and delivery was never a problem here. Subscription Number:RCHOICE1624776.
