I had a harrowing experience at Richfeel(Jayanagar Branch).
Sales executive(named: Rani) was inexperienced and very arrogant.
Initially while I approached Richfield, I was treated well. But, after I made an advance to undergo “NON-SURGICAL HAIR RESTORATION PROCEDURE” I was not treated well.
I had to visit the Richfeel(Jayanagar Branch) twice to provide measurement. Finally, while I had to visit to get the hair System set. I was informed by the hair dresser that the system they got is incorrect since Rani did not take the measurement correctly. Rani was not ready to accept that it was her mistake for the measurement not been taken correctly, instead she started blaming us.
Rani was very arrogant and doesn’t know how to deal with customers .her behaviors is unacceptable .
Leaving the meetings at office and tight schedule due to the marriage I was under impression that the hair restoration shall be done immediately. However, we had to request the hair dresser named “Ahmed” to help us in this situation
Thanks to Ahmed for contacting few people and getting the hair system been arranged the next morning at 9 am at Koramangala Branch
Not sure if Richfeel, concentrates on customer centricity in this current world
