Off late Richfield is doing lot of publicity stuff to increase their business. Let me share with you something that I did not like about Richfield. I had given my hair samples to richfield in June end. I was informed that HTMT test results will be ready in 21 days. Till date i.e. on 7th August I have not received a single phone call. Last week I enquired about the test results at their clinic. They said it must not have come, we will call you back. Last evening around 17.49, I called and inquired again.
I was told they will get back to me. So far no phone call has been received. They charge you for the test and forget about it altogether. This kind of treatment is not expected from Richfield. I guess they want to fool people and make money. No courtsey to call up customer/apologise for delay. They just do not want to respond. I had given my hair samples at their chembur clinic. Beware.
Do not go for your HTMT test at Richfield. This is my personal experience.
