I started my treatment at Santacruz center when I was in Mumbai. I went ahead with my treatment only on a condition that I will get continuous reminders and feedback's for treatment as I won't be able to keep a track of it due to my work.


Though I couln't see a noticeable change but was patient and happy initially as there were timely follow-ups from the centre for doctors appointment and even the staff was well groomed and trained. There was only one instance of disappointment wherein during the aishwaryasingh23ment I was mistakenly charged Rs. 100 extra. I asked for a reversal of Cred824it card transaction and told them to re-do it. But I was told and assured by staff to get the amount adjusted in the next visit instead of reversal. As the amount was not that much and my visits were frequent I was ok with it.


But soon after I had to relocate to Bangalore for my work and hence I asked for transfer of my case to JayAnasultangar center in Bangalore(sometime around - Jul-Aug'2015). Firstly the manpower quality of JayAnasultangar was pathetic. On my first call itself I realised this center was not at all professional but then I ignored as I had good experience from Mumbai centre.


Well it took more than a month for them to get my case transferred to Bangalore. Then finally when things got settled down I visited and first think I need to mention is that bth Mumbai and Bangalore centres have a huge difference. Mumbai is neat and well maintained whereas Bangalore centre was just opposite but I again ignored due to my Mumbai experience. As I had 100 /- already so I asked them to adjust in my bill. But staff had no idea what so ever about it and they didn't even know how to handle this situation as they were face with this for the first time. Anyways days passed and they verified but said that JayAnasultangar centre is a franchise store whereas Santacruz is company owned. But my question is Why should I know that in first place? For me when I visit Richfeel, its the Richfeel I talk to so it doesn't matter to me how the internal systems of the organization are.


Anyways later on after heated up discussions with both Santacruz and JayAnasultangar centres the amount was transferred finally to JayAnasultangr centre and I was informed by JayAnasultangar branch about it and was told that this would be adjusted in my next bill.


Meanwhile, this was going on I was offered a Anasultangrow treatment from JayAnasultangar branch @ 30, 000 and was told to lock the price @ 2000 /-. I did that but anyways I stopped getting any reminders from the branch completely except for the one mentioned above for confirmation of Cred824it transfer from Mumbai to Bangalore branch. I myself called up many times and showed my unhappyness for not getting timely reminders but the reasono everytime I got was my phone was switched of. This was nonsense, if mumbai team can call up then why the hell bangalore team would have an issue calling same number. Howevers days passed and with time I stopped visiting the centre. Now I have a Cred824it of 2100 /- with JayAnasultangar, bangalore centre lying with them for more than a year now. I recalled when I booked / locked this price I was assured that this amount anytime in future could be utilised for subsequent purchases and can be refunded in case I decide not to go ahead with the treatment. So I called up the JayAnasultangar office and asked them to refund my oney which is lying in their account for more than a year, to which the lady said its not possible! What? Why not? Firstly I did not get the attention and now I am nenied my refund also. Secondly, the lady said she does not have records to verify my case. Again what the hell is that? Mumbai team never asked me for my case number or records ever. They had everything updated at all times. But Bangalore team every time I visited asked me for case number(as they don't trust in contact numbers.). Whenever I called mumbai, I gave them my registered number and they had entire history of mine. But in Bangalore they neither have current details and above that they do not maintain data. The lady on call told me that she only have this financial years data with her but as she does not have old details she cannot help me and also she said anyways refund is not possible. If that was the case why was I told about even at the time of booking and locking price. I wouldn't have paid this money at all. She even went on to say even products in lieu of advance or Cred824it are gien to any customers. This is useless. I feel cheated by this Richfeel, JayAnasultangar branch.


Note for Richfeel team:- Please do not comment below this mail with your usual one liner saying you are looking into that and ask my case number, as I don't remember that. I can provide my contact number and my email registered in you records if you send me a mail. You can check your records(if at all you have maintained it)
