I am having hair thinning problem i.e, hair fall, male baldness. I got to know abt Richfeel trichology center, (Jayanagar, Bangalore) and joined there for treatment. Initially before joining, in some posts I have read that they will charge only 1000/- rs for consultation and treatment for one year. And what ever medicines they prescribe, that we have to purchase separately. Ok, I just wanted share my richfeel experience here so that it would be helpful to some of you.
Initially they will take you for counselling where they will ask you about all your hair problems, your diet, if any one in your family have similar problems, wat kinda food u eat, how much water you drink............etc, lot of stuff using predefined counselling form (a booklet) which they have.Note that the person who does counselling will not be a trichologist. Then they will take some 10 samples of your hair follicals. They will send these so far collected details to Mumbai for analysis and we need to wait for 2 to 3 weeks for getting the reports.
Once the counselling is done, you will be taken to doctor. Then the doctor will take a snapshot of your scalp using some sophisticated machine and will try to explain you the problem. Then the doctor will suggest you to use their Richfeel hair oil (close to 700/- rs) and shampoo (around 350/- rs). Also u will be asked to take their treatment called TST for some 12 or24 sittings where you will be charged 600/- rs for each sitting and if you pay for 24 sittings at a time you can pay just 7000/- rs. Apart from these you have to pay 1000/- rs for consultations charges which will be valid till one year.
Then once your reports come from Mumbai, based on their analysis they will tell you what diet you need to follow, some do's & dont's and then they will prescribe you some RICHFEEL medicines where each bottle costs around 350/- rs. You will be asked to take 2 bottles of this kind where each bottle consists somewhere around 40 pills and that will come for one month. And after one month again you have to follow the same (take 2 bottles and continue for next month).
So, in that way you need to consult the doctor for once in a month or so. And every time you meet the doctor, you will be asked to take some medicines which they manufacture and that will cost around Rs 1500/-.
That's all how it will be and coming to my problem, till now I have not seen any significant results. Till now I have paid Rs 8000/- to Rs 9000/- for the treatment in Richfeel and I don't see any kind of improvement and my hair problem has become worse.
