I'm 27 year old. Hair-fall has always been a problem with me. Even when I was a teenager I had very oily and itchy scalp. Dandruff has always been a big problem.
When I turned 22 year, I started noticing bald patches near the crown area and moreover, I could see my hair started to recede from the front. Nervous as I was too young to be bald, I researched on net/newspapers about how I can manage this problem.
I came across this add on the newspaper about Richfeel trichology center in Rajouri Garden, Delhi. Their claims looked very realistic. They never promised to bring the lost hair back but assured they will make sure there is no further hair loss
Feeling relieved, I decided to take their course. I would travel all the way from Rohini to Rajouri Garden to get the treatment. I was prescribed capsules that contained saw palmetto. I had researched about this substance and had understood it had good affect in controlling hair loss. These capsules were too expensive, costing INR 600 per bottle. This medicine offered no relief as I continued to loose hair day by day.
With the oral prescription I was also given Anagrow treatment. They would make you sit on a barber chair and their inexperienced staff would comb your scalp with their freak-looking device. I found this a complete waste of time as I was not getting the minimum results.
Disappointed about the results, after one year, I opted out of this treatment. I then came across a product called Nanogen which is basically a hair-fiber with which a user can simply conceal his/her bald patch. This product was available at Richfeel and I would buy this every-3 months. I used to buy this product for INR 2500.
On one instance this product went out of stock at Richfeel. Not- happy, as Nanogen was the only product that had shown tangible results (temporary though), I started to look for the direct dealer of this product. (Nanogen is a product imported from UK) I came across this gentleman in Gujarat who imports this product to India. I called this nice fellow and he delivered this product at INR 1900 with free delivery at my door step!
I felt so bad when I realized Richfeel had been fooling me for many months by selling Nanogen for INR2500 while this product could easily be bought at INR 2000. I had incurred a loss of INR 500 on every purchase I had made with Richfeel. I have no grudges against anyone at Richfeel and this is a honest review about them.
The only reason, I'm writing this review is to make you guys aware that Richfeel has been very unfair with me. Their promises have not been delivered and I've wasted my hard-earned money on their treatment!
The positive side of this lesson is I now understand that hereditary hair loss can not be controlled and that hair transplant can only be said to be useful in controlling this situation.
Now, I keep my full head shaved even though I still have enough hair to somehow cover the head. I understand Nanogen or hair fibers can not offer sustainable solution to this problem. Since I'm a natural bodybuilder and fitness enthusiast, shaved head has made my personality more appealing. I feel more confident with head completely shaved-off.
