Story:

According to Robert T. Kiyosaki, who is the author of this book had 2 Dads, one his real one and other his friend Mike's father. He calls his real father'Poor Dad' and his friend's father'Rich Dad'. Now question arises, why does he call them as Rich dad and Poor Dad? Reason being, authors real Dad retires poor, however his friend Mikes' Dad retired very rich.

When author was a child, Poor Dad was highly educated and was having a high salary Job. Rich Dad was not academically very educated, and was running a small business. His Poor dad always told him to get good grades and get a good job with high salary, while his Rich dad was of different opinion. And Robert was more influenced with his Rich Dad than he was with his Poor Dad. So he learned, How to become rich?, from his rich Dad. This book is all about the Rich dad's opinions about, how to become rich?

If you talk about Rich Dad's teachings. There is nothing new with them. You talk to any small shop keeper around you, they also have the same opinion as Rich Dad. Like:

1) You can not be rich if you work for others, no matter how good is your salary.

2) If you want to be rich, Don' be an employee, be an employer.

3) If you want to be rich, Start your business." If you want to be rich, Invest in Real state, Share Market, Mutual fund, Bonds etc.

4) You can not be rich, until & unless you take risk.

Above things worked for Author and his Rich Dad, it does not mean it works for everybody. Most of the people who try in business or investments, either completely fail or earn a little through out their life. Every body can not be Rober T. Kiyosaki or Dheeru Bhai Ambani.

So do not waste your time reading this book, just sit with a Shopkeeper near you, he will have the same opinions, those taught in this book.
