The concepts in this book, to me, are common sense and there are no concrete applications to his ideas. Yes, the poor get poorer while the rich get richer, there's a ground-breaking idea!
Yes, most people don't know how to manage their money, we know, so how about telling us how?
The majority of the book is Kiyosaki wanking it, telling us stories about his life(which I don't even think are true).If you want to learn about personal finance and investment strategies, this is not the book for you
