Browsing the Duty Free Shops in Dubai at the fag end of my fantastic Christmas Break, for sheer lack of anything else do, I picked up this lipstick to check it out.
It was a defining moment in my life :-)
I had the ''Sheer Pomegranate'' colour in my hand and when I tried it on, it looked good. Suited my skin colour and felt good on the lips. Was easy to apply ( Mascara kinda brush) You have to let the base coat dry ( 30 seconds) and then apply the sheer coat (gloss).
Now I am the Queen of lipstick eating. Literally. 5 minutes after I've put some on, it miraculously disappears.. :-) So, when I had put it on, I decided to walk around the entire shopping area and not just buy stuff because I was bored - I mean, how different was this lipstick going to be from the others?! 3 hours, two cups of coffee and a muffin later - it was still on and as fresh as when I had applied it!
Whipping out my mobile to use the calculator to convert it into rupees (hey! I'm Indian - this comes as second nature to us), I quickly did the math and found to my surprise that it was about INR 450. Sold!
You get this in India too for INR 550 and its worth every rupee.
If you're a lipstick eating sistah like me - Buy it! Gurl it will revolutionize your life! Not only does the thing last and last, it even manages to stay on post nookie!!!! i'm tellin’ you, it keep both me and the boyfriend very happy. He has no lipstick marks on his collar and I look like a smashing diva all the way through :-)
A must buy. There are four or five shades and I intend to buy some more – I do encourage you to do so too ;-)
