I was contacted initially by one of the staff member of the company and they called me again and again to convince me before I paid the token money. Moreover, I was asked to submit a couple of docs to place the order. However, after I submitted they requested for different docs which they didn't informed me previously. This caused a lot of inconvenience for me. Moreover, initially I was approached by a specific person in sales team but later different people from the same company contacted me a couple of times and wasted my precious time by requesting for different docs. What I found is that there is missing coordination amongst the team members. It appears that the team doesn't talk to each other effectively. The team was rather rude to me later. I had to call them again and again for confirmation of the order. Due to this poor quality after sales support, I am bit frustrated and I wont recommend this rental company to anyone unless they improve upon their services significantly.
