I ordered Mattresses 6x3 for 130 rs per month which I thought was a really good price. I paid for the order and received my delivery of Mattresses in just 2 days. The quality of mattresses was just pathetic, They were dirty and you could really see dust loads and loads of dust coming out of them when you beat them with a stick, Had to do a lot of efforts to remove the dust.
The quality was also really bad the cloth of mattresses was torn from some places and it felt that someone has used them very roughly AND now they are delivered to me.
I did not even like sitting on them sleeping is a way to different thing.
I contacted the costumer care and told them the problem but they refused to change saying they have just this one all others are out of stock. I then asked for deposit but they said that I need to pay for the service and deducted 2 months rent from me and refunded the rest.
The amount I lost was not so big but I recommend that you dont order from this website as they dont offer good quality and also cut your money without any reason.
My experience with rentickle was really bad and I just thank god that I did not order any big and expensive thing so I could away with just 260 inr
