My wife, had booked a Renault Kwid AMT, from ROHARSH MOTORS PVT LTS, Wagholi Pune on the 25th January 2017 by paying a deposit of INR 25000 by NEFT Bank transfer, for which we were not given any receipt as yet.
Due to the unavailability of Finance from the bank, we had to cancell the booking, for which we gave a written application to the Dealers on the 4th of Feb 2017 for the refund, since we were promised that in case of a cancellation, the refund will be 100% of the booking amount and within 7 days, by Mr Ashish the Person incharge and the Sales person Mr Sujit.
Now its been 11 days and the Officer, Mr Ashish is unable to give the refund cheque, stating that the Directors are not in the city since he lives in Kolhapur, so he can not obtain the signature on the cheque till he comes to Pune. He has been postponing the refund with the similar reasons. The latest one being that the Director is out of the country and is uncertain when he is expected back. The accountant Mr Saurav is also unsure, and has again asked for 2 more days. They seem to unable to keep their word for reasons best known to them.
