Let me introduce myself. I am Krishnakumar a practicing chartered Accountant at Adoor Kerala.
I have purchased a brand new RENAULT DUSTER 110 PS AWD on 14.04.2015 FROM RENAULT TVS Pathanamthitta. This is my 8th new vehicle in my life. But my experience with the vehicle is horrible. I got the vehicle delivered after running 350 km at show room.
When I driven the car floor mat under driver seat was wet. I thought it was due to the washing. Then gradually water was coming in side the vehicle. I was sitting in a small pond. When I complained the show room people said it was due to the complaint in Airconditioner. I have to approach the service center on the second day of purchase of the car which is 75 kilometers away from my location. I have to wait three days to get the vehicle back. Assume the quality of the car which cost Rs.13.65 lakh.
On the third day side indicators fallen without any touch. They charged me Rs 490/- for replacing Rs.25 worth plastic material.If anybody interested in buying this product please check the quality of its plastic. It is very low quality. You can found better quality even in Maruthi 800.
