We learnt that Remson has 5 star ratings for both ISI/BIS & BEE standards. Remson looks good based on these figures, Consumer Voice did a test in 2002, Remson gained a 5 star in the heating time the product was the fastest in heating so saves a lot of power,

We have used 3 geysers of remson all 3 have been working very well the company assured us service even after warranty they charged very minimal for the service
we paid 480 Rs for the heating element and 250 for the service charge after 7 years of use the product is still working fine after the service.
Remson water heaters have been working well with us and we believe the product is goods by quality and performance .
Our review earlier was a bad review for remson related to the service issue but the company assured us with good service since we have used the geyser for 7 years of we are totally satisfied, thanks remson.We had an issue with 1 remson water heater which was purchased from a non company dealer on an online site infibeam, the service was rejected.
