I had taken a medicare policy 3 years back. That time it was said that they will not accept any claim and I should pay premium for 3 years at once. I did pay. Now after three years, I start getting emails to pay the premium. As the amount seemed very high, I queried then the replied that it was for three years. But, it was not written in the email. I get such email almost every day, though my policy is still not due.
This amount claimed in the email, is far greater than the calculator available on net.
Moreover the link provided in the email does not work. Reply sent to that email bounces. The website religarehealthcare.com is not working. I doubt if the company is still operative.
BEWARE. check with others, if they have got their claims settled.(I have not lodged any claim yet.) Also try getting the premium amount thru other payment platform, and you get message that there is something wrong with the company. TRY yourself.
I am sure there are other companies out there, offering same product.
