I got a call from Religare consultant for selling Medical Insurance(Person Name: Rohit, No+919968797641). In the beginning he seemed nice but when I started asking few questions regarding policy and its details to understand it.
He started using disrespectful language and said "Aapko to pilicy khareendi hi nahi hai" and all that. How the hell these guys get selected to sell policies of any Insurance policies. Buying a policy or not is customer decision. These illiterate representatives should not get chance to even dial any member.
I really doubt Religare selection process and even they dont have any recorded verification process too. If employee of this company talks like this before selling the policy then I wonder how they must be treating all after selling it.
I will hate to get any other call from any of there representatives in future and will never buy anything from them
