Last month my mom was hospitalized as the premium date was clashing so it went into reimburesemnt plan as from my side chq has cleared but still they say their system takes 15 working days ok now its been month called up dombivili branch so all docs has given still no updates when dropped a mail to claim dept a autogenerate mail cmes which is no use.surprisingly no use of it if you cannot serve client so plz shut down dont harass us we are following up like a dog seriously pissed of these people
