Mental Harassment by Religare Health. Review on Religare Health Insurance

I joined Religare Health Insurance Company on 25th May’15 as a Manager Agency. After 17th June’15, when I joined my branch back after company induction, I was unable to concentrate on my work and my personal life was also getting affected since very first day as My Reporting Manager started abusing me, forcing me to come to office on every weekend and was not ready to pay overtime. He called me up many a times in a day and threaten me for termination if you won’t do all this.

Finally I decided and called Mr Yogesh Gupta(AVP & Area Manager) and Mr. Deepak Sharma(VP)  and requested to have a meeting to discuss my Career Prospect. However; I got shocked when they said they don’t have time to discuss all this and now as you dared to call us up so resign immediately else will get you terminated.

Now very next day when I reached office then I was asked to resign immediately by My Reporting Manager. At the same time I called Mr Yogesh Gupta and told him that why I am asked to resign then he replied that whatever your Reporting Manager asked you have to do the same otherwise will terminate you however I refused to resign.

I called Ms. Mrinal(HR Manager) and discussed the above matter with her however; she replied that she can’t do anything and whatever Mr. Deepak Sharma and Mr. Yogesh Gupta said will follow that.

3-4 times my entry got restricted in office by Yogesh Gupta and Deepak Sharma, so that I won't be able to Mark my Attendance and they can show me absconding.

After all this, I sent many a mails to CEO(Anuj Gulati), Group CEO(S. Nath), Director Sales(Ajay Shah), MD & Chairman(Sunil Godwani) and HR Head(MR. Sanjeev Meghani) to look into the concerns I raised. However, didn’t get any response from them. Instead after this mail, Mr. Deepak Sharma, Mr Sanjeev Meghani, Mr. Yogesh Gupta and Ms. Mrinal Diwedi started harassing me as well for termination from my services. Threaten me not to send mails to Top Management otherwise we will blacklist you in the Industry and spoil your career. They called me many a times and forced me to resign. They were not ready look into my concerns raised and said now you have to leave this company; there is no option available for you in this organisation as you raised complaint against the senior managers.

They restricted access to send emails from my official mailbox and receive access from my Personal mail-id which is registered in company’s record so that I won’t be able to send mails to Top Management. IT department confirmed the same. Finally they have terminated me from my services on 18th Jan’16.
