An on line Transaction was made with the company on 11th Sept in the name of Rakesh kumar sinha, proposal no - 1120000445939, paid policy amount Rs 11880/ On Medical examination I was found fit for issuance of health care policy against their Regular CARE Plan.
I refused to aishwaryasingh23 Loading they imposed app. Rs 3000 / extra over the policy despite not-hing appeared to be declared not fit for health policy, I wrote my reviews to IRDA but of no use, It seems they are taking full advantage of the insurance guidelines Displayed at IRDA Website, I refused LOADING & Ask Customer Care Refund money as actual, which they assured refund after medical testes charges conducted
I am still writing & running after the company & found the entire team of religare health insurance are making fool from Various & inhibit delay in refunding the money they recd on line & only after earning some interest over paid money they might return the funds to applicant.
My question with the company & govt is to know the delay reasons when remitted on line in time, why they should not cover me for Critical reasons if any that takes place in the course .
Such illegal practices must be stopped immediately & a provision has to be made to PORT Money as Policies does today? customer gets entitled for a new policy from other sources & IRDA must put a guidelines for common mass on this issues & work effectively amicably on finding a complaint, They are habitual of sending COMPLAINTS to ombudsman in a state, instead of taking stern actions against such mal practices . How long we indians would be cheated for defaoult in policy & policy interpretation of constituents, rules & guidelines on selling policies & delayed remittance to its applicants!
