My complaint related to fixed line is not rectified by reliance in the month of February 2016 for more than a week. Hence I requested for cancellation of fixed line and I need only broadband net. This is communicated through several ways ie through mail service request port and through phone. All in vein and they charged( Rs 857.61) for all service in the month of march 2016.
Last complaint sent to reliance as( CAN No: 100121959827)
Recent Complaint no 243408283 dated 26/02/2016 is still pending.
My request related to cancel the Fixed line connection due to your improper service(:CNM10002233926 request dated 24/02/2016). My first complaint was on 20 feb 2016
I am not using land line after my first complaint( Service Request ID 243187929) and still you are not disconnecting it. I will not be responsible for charging fixed line rent in the next bill. Once again I hereby inform that any charge for fixed line connection in the bill may lead to legal actions with compensation
