This is to inform you that I am a very old user of Reliance CDMA network, mob no 9312XX11XX purchased in 2008. I was very happy with the network coverage and voice clarity, but from past few months I am facing a lot of problem from reliance side. Earlier faced problem while migrated to GSM network and nowadays harassment from reliance people side.
My Outgoing calls has been barred due to less payment deposited during the bill payment for Sep month and I deposited the less amount because one of Reliance executive who is in Reliance Store(Adchini New Delhi) advised me to do so, because there were some wrong charges(Data Usage charges) was added in my Sep month bill. I already submitted a complaint on 198 against wrong charges in bill and that time reliance executive gave assurance that in next bill they will deduct the amount which they are charging for Data usage.
But when yesterday I received my bill for OCT Month, there were additional charges(last month’s due amount which and late payment fee, which suppose not to be there and there must be deduction of Data Usage charges which wrongly charged in Sep Month)
So I called at 12:32Hrs 29/10/2012 on 198 and Surender on of Reliance Executive said any details for Postpaid No is not available on 198(which I suppose is wrong/we can put our request and complaint on this no), later I called on *222 and put a request to open my outgoing calls facility and Reliance executive Mr Sunny said request has been submitted and I can do outgoing calls after 3hrs. but was not able to made calls after 12Hrs so did a complaint again on *222 and Reliance executive Ms Jyoti asked for money straightly and said “you pay the amount I will enable outgoing calls facility” but how can I pay?(I am not able to make calls, not able to send SMS), later she transferred my call to her Supervisor Ms Sapna after putting me on hold and she shared feedback for all my complaints that- Data charges could not be reversed and Outgoing calls facility can’t be open due to “promise to pay”. If these were the things then why Sunny said my outgoing call facility will be open in 3Hrs.(And why your executive said my monthly Data plan will activate and I can use it after 24Hrs)
So I just want to check is it my mistake that I believed on Reliance Executive words blindly. I need call records for all my calls which I made on 198 and on*222 in last 2 months.
