Hi,
I Got Reliance wi- pod last year sept with advance rentel plan fully paid for a year. So as per plan I wont be charged any bill for a year. But those fraud people discontiuned the service form april end. Stating that they are come up with 4g service from May. there customer service resp. asked me to purchase new 4g device so I can continue using there service so I bought 4g device from relience but they not activated service. Reliance people use to give false statement for three month that service is going to start very soon. atlast service was activated in month of August. and I was been charged a bill of 2500 rs.
very bad experince in 4 month lot to write about them but in short pathetic staff, pathetic service, really really a fraud company.
