This is the worst service in the world, Fraudsters. They forced me to buy their stupid 4G WI-POD since they mentioned that only 4G WI-POD will work(The WI-POD provided was of cheap quality, battery do not last more than 4 hours), Their call center representatives lied to me saying the bill plan and bill will stay the same as I used to have with the CDMA, but today my internet service stopped when I checked with call centre team they mentioned that my service is barred and I need to pay the bill to continue getting the service, they made a bill of Rs 2600 for one month where I used to pay close to Rs700 for monthly charges. This is a scam from reliance, they want to sell their wi-pods at higher price and then bill the customers for 4G charges. They never informed me that they are going to change the bill plan I would have never continued service with them, this needs to reach the TRAI, people are getting ripped by reliance.
The other part is the customer service, I do not know what kind of image Reliance wants to put across by placing call centre representatives who cannot listen, understand or speak, I've never come across such pathetic losers, every-time I call at the reliance call centre I can hear people shouting, yelling like some kind of animals in the background, on top of that ask a question and then 90% of customer support representatives will respond as "Sir are you there, I can't hear your" and then they wait for me disconnect the call, they just wont respond but I can hear the animal noises in the background, Don't know if I am dealing with humans or some dumb animals who have learnt to ape human sounds
