Worst Service Provider. Don't go for it Very pathetic speed connection. Name is only 3G. But it's useless G. But works well at untime. Say from night 2AM - 6 AM . Reliance service providers believe that, their users are awake at that time and so that they are providing a great service at untime when world sleeps. If you think you could call customer care and lodge a complaint regarding the same, then definitely it will end up with great disappointment. You can't catch the customer care executive. After a few seconds from calling, call will cut automatically or the call will be attended by someone with no response from their end. Just simply they attend and won't respond to our call. To be frank, the calls will be attended by the customer care executives only when a new customer tries to call them. Once you are a above 6 months old customer, your call will be left unanswered. When you try to terminate the dongle connection, you will be asked to come from 11 AM to 5 PM so that they will help us. But practically, will you be sparing your time for terminating or you will be busy at work in your office at that time? So, please don't go for it. Recently they migrated from 3G to 4G connection. So abruptly, and compulsorily all users should buy the new 4G dongle( That costs Rs 800+) so that they shall continue with their service.
