Dear Friends I have been using this reliance wipod since 2 months.First of all why I have purchased this device Because I am located at Rural areas so there is no 3g or 4g. So that I bought CDMA network.While using this device I am getting good signal and Net speed in my area.But the thing is suddenly one day my network signals are stopped.I have contacted to customer care they said we have stopped CDMA networks all over India.
So my question is why customers have purchased the devices.? straightly My answer is Trust on the company.So this Company as been stopped cdma for the purpose of Launching 4G Network. Ok whatever it may be, I lost my connection and I lost my dongle amount(which I have invested to purchasing the device).Even though the connection has been stopped still they are generating the bill and sending mails to us to pay the bill as well calls also.Their main intention cheat the people who are using cdma networks if they are going to stop cdma network then why should people selling completely cheating.They said simply to convert into 4g.But the mail problem is again we have purchase new dongle from them.so guys you tell your opinions about this company.
