I switched from bsnl to reliance thinking reliance is lot better than bsnl ohhhh.nooo.belive me I have been using this from 4 months well I cant complain anymore I am fed up of this service I live in banglore bought it from an agent initially I was going for airtel but ended up having this piece of crap. the device is made by lava(wow what was I thinking?) when I take the the device to the service center they say it is broken so they can replace it but it might take some time(like 3months) never go for this product I went for it over airtel because of the price it is offered at but belive me this will make you life living hell!:(
