Don't fall in the traps of Reliance Wi-max service, I am using this connection for last one month and had to raise 14 complaints in this one month with customer care, due to the link is down or upload is not working etc. Talking about their customer care, when ever you call the customer care to enquire about your complaints you will get a funny answer from their side saying sir, your complaint has been resolved, I wonder how they can resolve a call without checking with the customer that whether he is satisfied with the resolution they have provided.
Once they make the status of a call as resolved, then they cannot reopen the issue with same complaint number, you need to talk to the idot on the customer care about your problem again and have to raise a new ticket with them. As per my understanding the wi-max service of relience broadnet is still under the testing face. Reliance is making the user's of their service as testers of their application after taking money from the user's. Oh !!! what a great idea... no need to invest money on a testing team rather they can make their customers as testers of the application with customer's money.
In a month their server will be down atleat 50% of the time, also getting an IP you need to wait for 15-20 mnts after logging into your system.
STRONGLY RECOMMENDING.... PLEASE DO NOT FALL IN THE TRAP OF THIS SERVICE, IT'S ALWAYS BETTER NOT HAVE AN INTERNET CONNECTION RATHER HAVING A RELIANCE WI-MAX CONNECTIVITY.
All the best.....
