I have applied for reliance data card on 17th of May 2008. the reliance executive was very friendly and very responsive till I handed over him the amount needed for the datacard connection. He accepted the application without an id proof and without photograph.
He finally gave me the data card in 4 days which was on 21 may 2008. But the data card doesnt get detected in any of the systems, reason : it has some technical defect. I asked to replace the data card, he said it takes 3 days. Then started my struggle of reaching the reliance office every 3-4 days till 20 days, where I didnt get the data card replaced. I was vexed up with my frequent visits, and I asked the reliance franchise owner to return my money back.
His behaviour is very arrogant and he says "go and complain to who ever you want, I dont care about it ".This is the kind of respect reliance gives to its customers. So people, I urge everyone of you who is planning to take a reliance connection to please stay away from it. They are friendly and responsive as long as they get money, after they get their money they say I dont care.... India's biggest corporate house has this kind of executives, service and respect for their customers.
