I had purchased a reliance netconnect connection and to my disappointment it was one of the worst decisions I made. The net speed was slower than a dial up connection and still worse nobody knows what the problem is(when you go and ask in the reliance web world). I ended up losing my car 3 months ago, with it I had lost my laptop and the reliance net connect card also.
I went to the reliance web world and got it disconnected the very next day. But they are still sending me the bills and I had ended up paying one of the bills after a fight with them (as they told me I had to pay whatever was remaining according to pro rata basis and the fines for late payment incurred on it) I now realize I shouldn't have paid even that. It's just a hopeless net service and customer service.
I seriously recommend not to go for it.
