Hi All,
I had a blunder experience on my recent visit to Reliance Trends on 4th of August 2013 in east Delhi area in Aggarwal Funcity mall. I was there in the store for some shopping and mistakenly dropped my phone in one of their shopping department. I tried to search my phone by constantly ringing it till the time I discovered that as soon as I broke the news to the staff, then my phone went missing, which means it is 100% staff's job.
It was a Samsung Galaxy S III handset. Next day, when I asked them for the CCTV footage they have like all the stories of the world to tell me to not see the footage which further proves my doubt on their staff true.
So ppl pls be beware of dis store before entering it. And trust me the managing staff is of zero help and highly unsupportive, irrespective of the fact of running a known retail store.
So be cautious and ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK..
