I would like to inform people that never buy reliance nippon life insurance policy. I had a policy with them and they had sent the termination cheque of amout 5091. Actually my address was changed due to which I have not received the cheque. However, they didn't even bother to send any intimation on email/sms that my cheque has been returned. After calling their customer care they informed me to send original policy documents at the mumbai office at "H Block, 1st Floor, Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400710" which I did. However, after which I received a call from their executive they they have received the original documents and asked me why I have sent the original documents. This is completely opposite to what I was informed by the customer care executive. Afterwards the lady SHAZIA asked me to send 2 forms along with the id proof. After which I filled the forms and couriered(2nd time now) to their mumbai office. After again SHAZIA called me that they have received the documents and asked me to confirm my address on email which I did. I have still not received the amount. Even after complaining in IRDA(it seems like a puppet) there has been no response. This is now 2 months and their behaviour is completely unprofessional. I even
feel like wasting my precious time for such a small amount . IT seems they are IMPOTENT.
