This Complaint is regarding to the Reliance Nippon Guranteed money back plan purchased from the MR.North India z Finserve Pvt Ltd Agent/Broker Code: - 22419888,
Rajiv is the Agent name and number is-+91-8585951991
Agent communicated that if I invest Rs 100000 PA in this Gurantee Money back policy, after surrender by the end of 3 years I would get sum of Rs 4, 65000/- . He also told that if I pay the entire premium 1 lacs through credit Card, company will reimbursed the Interest portion.
Rajiv manipulated the policy and interpreted it in such a way that it calculated the surrender value of Rs465000/- after 3 years. I have an urgent need of money after 3 years(~year 2022), hence I purchased the Policy and paid the premium of Rs 100000 through Credit card and submitted the EMI schedule to Rajiv.
when I have not received the reimbursement of Interest, I called Rajiv he told me Company will reimbursed the Interest next month but I have not received any reimbursement. I called him many time every time he told me to wait till next month. And Now from last month he is not answering my call so I called to Reliance Nippon Customer care, Customer care and after checking with the Reliance customer care it was found that there is no such scheme available and only Rs-~143000 will be received on surrender after 3 years. It was shocking for me I whatsapp Rajiv and asked for clarification but I have not got any reply from him.
It is a simple case of Mis -selling, mis-representation, Rebating & Fraud.
I requested Reliance Nippon to take an action against this Fraud agent and return my money(entire Premium+ Interest paid).
I am looted by Reliance Nippon money back policy agent Mr Rajiv but now entire customer care team indirectly supporting this agent. If these customer care officers investigate this matter they will get to know how this company
