The 1st encounter with the Reliance net connect was not very good when one of the Sales Exec came to my home to give a demo.At that time it was not connecting inspite of repeated attempts.Sales Exec was equally emberrased. He.He called up the Customer Support center who informed that the server was down.It made me very skeptical about the service.I kept waiting and tried to reconnect again after the time it was told that the server will be up.But that was the first and last time I was disappointed with its service.From then on it never happened like that.Am a happy customer since last 1.5 months.I have also used its service while travelling and also in the rural parts of Bengal.Connection speed is slow in the rural parts but it connects.I watch streaming videos from Youtube and other sites without any interruption.
Recently I paid my first bill online and that experience was also hassle free.Received few confirmation calls, that is a bit boring as they keep on repeating the same details about yourself which irritated me. Another defect I found is that once if u disconnect the service u have to restart the system to reconnect again which makes it cumbersome sometime. Need improvement on this feature.
Overall very good exp and exceeded my expectations.
