Purchased a reliance WiPod about 6 month before and i’m really disappointed with service. Because what happen Reliance has maintained a different teams for different operations(eg. Billing, Network etc.) that is actually good but the communication beetween teams is very poor.


You may be confused, why i’m explaining this to you. But this is very helpfull if you are going to buy the WiPod. Reliance generate bill on every 18th day(eg. 18/01/2015) of month. I have plan of 20GB per month and after that usage obviously I get the low speed, as I subscribed a unlimited plan After next billing cycle(after 18th day of month), I should get the upto 14.7Mbps speed.


But that was never happen. I have to call every time about speed issue to customer care. Here is the worst part, they took atleast 14-18 days to fixed the issue everytime. So, I used the internet with 4-15kbps in these problem days. I asked customer care for issue and "what bill you will charge for me in these problem days?". So, reply was "You will not get the any bill for these problem days. Some survey is going on in your area and we will fix the issue as soon as possible."


But the actual bill cost at the end of the month is unexpected. They want me to pay full bill even I didn’t used the full service. For the first month I paid the full bill even I didn’t used the full service. On the next month and next of next month I got the same problem, So, I refused to pay the full bill and stoped using the service. Because I want to get rid of that speed issue problem permanently. I also visited Reliance store and some cares from my area. And funny thing is they don’t know why i’m getting this issue. They made some call here and there but then also there was nothing to explain. But the one thing they told me that "i don’t have a unlimited plan". And eventually from the day I perchased WiPod customer care is telling that "i have a unlimited plan". Then they put the some scheme for me(Like 100 Rs disscount), but 100 Rs disscount don’t matter if you got same problem over and over. At the end, after 2 months I got the call from some person who is from the billing department. He told me pay the bill otherwise we file the complaint against you. I visited there and explained the whole problem also showed the mail with recording of customer care. But the person is very rude, he just want me to pay the bill. Otherwise the person is ready to file the complaint againt me. I’m a job oriented person, I don’t want the crap of court. So I paid the full bill of all the months. After that also I got a message like "You need to present in a court on date "=


= Pros: You can take it anywhere and can connect it with just adapter to electricity and can use wifi over laptop and mobiles Cons:14.7 Mbps Means just a upto 14.7 mbps, you will never get the speed like that ever.(I have already checked the speed at different locations). Max downloading speed is flexible in beetween 0.1kbps to 1 MbpsPlug and Play device with WiFi enabled capability but many times it will take a time to startReally poor customer supportSpeed drop down to 10Kbps anytime for a long timeBilling Amount+ More Taxes= Your Final Billing Amount(Unconsiderable)Reliance(individual department) don’t take responsibilities(individual department because I have visited/contacted 3 of them)*If you are done with Reliance service, you can’t sell the device to anyone, Reliance also don’t give any refund for that Device heatup=


= You can google about the Reliance complaint, you will find many customers disappointed with service and same billing complaints like me. So if you are still going to buy Reliance WiPod, you are just a step away from the disappointment
