Worst service on the earth from Reliance net conct. Review on Reliance Netconnect

I would like to share my experience with reliance net connect. This is one of the worst company on earth no basic ethics, no value for customers, they simply fool around the customers. I have been using a reliance data card from last couple of years, initially the internet speed was good so, no problems but after sometime I started facing speed issue such that the internet was not in usable condition at all.

So I logged at least some 20 complaints to resolve my speed issue, but every time without any response or activity my complaint was getting closed.Finally I decided not to pay the bill till the problem is resolved and there after I started getting calls for recovery people from reliance they make so frustrated that you cannot bare it. I usually get at least some 10 calls regarding my bill payment and every time I have to explain the reason for not paying the bill.

I called customer care as well and give a complaint to waiver of the last bills and then resolve the speed issue only then I am going to use the service bit still no response from them. Its almost more then a month my connection is in suspended mode and no body even cares to address this issue. The customer care service which reliance has established is worst. government organisations perform much better then this.

So finally only word to describe reliance. This company sucks, beware of it before going for reliance. My advice is to never go for reliance it could be any product!
