I bought Reliance netconnect on july 20th, after submitting proper filled appl.form, supported by photo, id proof, address proof. It worked for a week and got disconnected. I called customer-care and they re-connected based on my re-submission of everything(application and other docs). Again it worked for a week and got disconnected. The same story repeated, but this time no re-connection. Their customer support always ask me to re-submit application form and other documents. I do not know how many more times I have to do that. Now the nearest reliance webworld people stopped accepting docs from me because they say already my details are loaded and there is no need for any further proof. However, whenever I go to them, they too call their office and inform me that my proofs are already loaded, but need to be cross checked over telephone. But now it is already one month and they neither cross checked details nor re-activated my connection. I don't understand why Customer care always ask me to resubmit the docs whereas the dealers, checking from their terminal, say everything is fine. Finally I understood now that I am not going to get my Reliance netconnect service for me. Even if it is, I already lost the promised 5GB quota for the first month re-charge(FRC) due to their fault. This FRC quota in my case has become a false promise and hence authenticate me to blame Reliance committing a "fraud". It seems the word "Reliance" has already acquired a meaning "hate and worst" in casual talks in social and office gatherings. I do not know what Reliance would gain by shaking the self esteem of its customers! Unfortunately, I was not aware of such a frustration awaiting while choosing to do a business with Reliance. Anyway, I also know that they are very a big and people like me are just small dust and dirt, who can be blown away by them effortlessly. What is most paining is if such a brand like Reliance cannot be trusted, then whom else in this country we can trust?
