My Name is Ishan Gupta(Contact No.-08003011666); I have recently purchased Reliance 3 Data card(No.-9315706167) for net connectivity but facing connectivity issues and even after trying at different locations and at different times concern is still persisting.
As I have purchased it from your dealer outlet GOEL TELECOM(Address: Shop No.8-E, Vishnu Market, Old Bus Stand, Ho-Kaithal – 136027(Haryana), ; Contact Details:+(91)-9315888188, 9315354321)
I have visited the outlet many times adjusting my schedule and even after follow up of 9 days he is telling me that you need to submit your documents again as it has been miss-placed by him.
When I have asked him when it will be in working condition then he used abusive language and told that he doesn’t need these kind of customers who do rigorous follow ups.
He was not even understanding my concern when I was in great need of it; to book urgent travel tickets and to fill some government documents.
I need immediate resolution of the problem and what you will be taking as action against GOEL TELECOM for his inhumane behaviour.
