I was in need of an Internet connection and opted for wireless option of Reliance netconnect+ .
I ordered online and a representative came and delivered the datacard. However when the services started I was shoked to see that the speed I was getting was barely 50-57 kbps instead of the promised 3.1 mbps. I complained once and they asked me to change the settings and try after 1 hr. But nothing changed. After few more complaints I lost my patience and asked them to disconnect the connection on 19th of September merely 10 days after getting the service. Now I am not using the internet. Infact I always get error on connection. But stunningly my connection is still active and I even got a welcome call in the morning.
I complained angain and told them about the earlier complaint no 162015558. But they refused to entertain me and told me that the services cannot be disconnected through customer care and I need to visit a reliance web world and pay a certain amount for disconnection.
Now this thing is stuck with me and I am paying for it without any use. So be richer from my exprience and stay away from these thugs. because once they get you they will suck the blood out of you and you will watch helplessly
